Stanley is fantastic! I am/was recovering from pelvic fractures and Stan had so many great suggestions and options to offer to keep me active as I healed. He has a great background and incorporates all of his training and knowledge to really create a program that works for his clients. "I met Stan at the Diablo Rock Gym where we are both members. We know the same people at the gym and Stan heard I had sprained my ankle recently while climbing in Yosemite. Without any hesitation he did a cursory examination of my ankle for me and gave me exercises to start with and advance to as it healed. It took maybe 10 minutes for him to go over everything with me but I've been doing these exercises and getting results!
